Standard Australian Shipping

We are happy to offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia.

All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post regular service. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a unique tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Standard orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of order receipt. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days to metropolitan areas from shipment date to arrive. For regional, rural and remote areas, the package may take an extra day or two.  

Please note we are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left or due to any circumstances beyond our control and we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Delivery 

If you are not at your nominated delivery address during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address.  If you have any queries or concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Standard International Shipping

We are happy to offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide.

We use Australia Post Airmail for standard international shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days for standard shipping within major metropolitan areas.

If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us at info@esko.com.au with your request and we will arrange the most economical solution.

Please note that customs, import duties and taxes are not included. Duties and taxes are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to, and payment of these are necessary to release your package from customs on arrival.
