Returns & Exchanges

As a valued customer of ESKO, we would like to thank you for your purchase. At ESKO, we pride ourselves on beautifully crafted designs with an understated and elegant aesthetic.

In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, we are happy to accept returns for either a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product is returned in the condition in which it was sold. Products that have been used or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange and any return shipping charges are at your cost. Any exchanged items will incur a shipping charge at your cost.

Please note all items are handmade, therefore no two pieces are the same. Slight imperfections may be visible and colour may vary slightly from the images presented on our website.

To return your item, please email info@esko.com.au. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving your return item and will be refunded using the same payment method used to purchase the goods.

Please be mindful that our items are of a fragile nature and must be packed with care. We ask that all items being returned be wrapped in its original packaging or similar and sent in a box to make sure it reaches us in returnable condition. We will not be liable for items broken in transit due to inappropriate packaging. 

Broken items

Each piece is checked and carefully wrapped. We use recycled paper to fill the void areas. In the unfortunate event where your item arrives broken please email a photo of the broken item to info@esko.com.au within 24hrs of receiving your goods. Please do not return any broken items. We will not take any responsibility for any damages that occur after the item has been delivered in good condition.
