We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product is returned in the condition in which it was sold, including the original packaging. Products that have been used or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any return shipping charges are at your cost.
Please be mindful that our items are of a fragile nature and must be packed with care. We ask that all items being returned be wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a box to make sure it reaches us in returnable condition. ESKO will not be liable for items broken in transit due to inappropriate packaging.
To return merchandise please email email@example.com to notify us that you will be returning your item.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
Every piece is checked and packaged with care before leaving the studio to ensure it's safe arrival. If an item arrives broken, please email a photo of the broken purchase within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement. Please do not send us any broken items. We will not take any responsibility for any damages that occur after the item has been delivered in good condition.
